The woman in the museum
is the woman on the street
is the woman in the shadows
is the woman in the eyes of a girl
is the woman in the reflection
of a mirror, of a window, of a life.
She, with the stern expression
with the paranoid obsession
with the stacks of papers piled in other people's homes,
with the child in tow
and a camera on hold,
She observes the observers of art
the raging social injustice
with a yellow sense of humour
and a quiet defiance
she roams -
an outcast
a runaway
a seeker
of the human condition
and of herself.
Afraid to be forgotten
she remembers everyone.
